The purpose of the Council is to advise the Utah State Board of Education the USDB Superintendent and Associate Superintendents regarding the needs of children who are deaf, blind, and deafblind.Advisory Council meetings are held at least ten times per year and are open to the public.

Public Comment
Individuals are welcome to address the Advisory Council during scheduled meetings. Please contact Betty Hall (801) 629-4712 or
bettyh@usdb.org in advance with your name and informatino about the group you represent. Each commnet will be limited to three minutes. Total time allotted for public comments will be 15 minutes.
