Welcome to the USDB Information Technology Department
As an administrative department, our role is to foster, support and develop the effective use of technology as an administrative tool, and as an educational aide. We provide necessary software, hardware and training to all USDB staff and educators, as well as providing appropriate collaborative and technical services to community members.
Our goal is to provide consistently friendly, professional technical services in an ever increasingly complex technical environment. We strive to encourage personal growth and learning which can help individuals be happier and more productive using technology in the office, and in the classroom.
Even though Government and Education can often lag far behind current technologies, we try to stay reasonably current with mainstream technology so as to help our programs produce students capable of living and competing in today's technical market.
It's a rapidly changing world out there today, and change can be exciting, frustrating...even scary sometimes, but we do our best to help make technology accessible and useful to everyone.
