In cases of determined need, referrals for USDB programs come directly from your child’s local school district. If you feel that your child would benefit from USDB programs, please contact your local school district to discuss options.

Referrals for the USDB Parent Infant Program come through Utah’s Baby Watch Early Intervention program. If you are a parent or healthcare provider with an infant or toddler in need of USDB services, please contact Baby Watch at http://health.utah.gov/contact/index.html.
